
HTH anyone who has the same problem as I had. reinstall of Intelligent provisioning + reboot.Firmware Update to the latest version (2.70 May 07 2019).I had already version 2.42 installed and it only happened on one of several servers. Servers are remotely collocated in a data center and maintenance is painful as I need to drive over and it also needs to be planned in advance. The error was: "Embedded Flash/SD-CARD: Embedded media manager failed initialization." The ILO was extremely slow or would timeout and require a refresh of the page.
